The Declaration on Liberated Europe explained that all the countries/nations that were earlier under the regulation of German would have a democratic government.

This declaration was agreed during the Yalta War Conference which was conducted on 4th February 1945 and 11th February 1945.The meeting was attended by Joseph Stalin, Winston Churchill and F D Roosevelt.

These leaders all together agreed to help liberated people to solve their pressing economic and political challenges through democratic means by free election to form governments that took seriously the desire of the people like what people want from the government.
