Charlemagne, the King of the Franks, during his ruling time he unite the people of the Western and central Europe. During his ruling time in Europe, he improved the lives of the people by valuing or encouraging the arts, culture and education.  

He gave more attention to art and culture of the European people. He encouraged people for more engagement in art, culture and educational work. It changed the routine and lives of his subjects, and the results of these activities made life better in his realm.
