So, my question is this. we all know that there were loyalists (colonists that sided with the king and britain) during the revolutionary war in america. i'm curious about something else though. i'm wanting to know if there were any patriotic movements happening in great britain, or any other territories owned by great britain. were there any british citizens living in the mother country, or any of england's other territories that were actively supporting the american revolution? or any british subjects that were trying to create a revolution themselves? if you could answer my question i would appreciate it.
