Me i struggle in civics and i’m my civics class i have a 69 d and after this question and three others i will bring my grade up but i do not understand this one it needs to be answered in claim evidence reasoning

Claim: I claim that the people create, structure, and choose the government so that they can protect their rights.

Evidence: In the Constitution, it says ‘We the People,’. Claiming that the people are the ones that can control or ‘guide‘, the government.

Reasoning: People having freedom, and equality is important. Which is why it’s important for the people to be able to create, choose and structure the governmen.
