The Fifth Amendment is about how a person cannot be subject for the same offense twice in court.

The Sixth Amendment talks about how it guarantees rights for criminal defendants.  These rights are the right to a public trial without unnecessary delay, the right to a lawyer, the right to an unbiased or impartial Jury, and the right to know you your accusers are.

The Seventh Amendment talks about the right to a trial with a Jury regardless of accusation.

The Eighth Amendment talks about how the Federal Government cannot give out outrageous penalties to criminal defendants.
