Explain how christ's person and present position qualify him to be our advocate

Jesus Christ came to dwell among men with one sole reason which is to redeem mankind from sin. He was blameless and without sin but still decided to pay the price for mankind to be redeemed. This he did by dying on the cross of Calvary. After Christs resurrection he ascended into heaven and is sitted on the right hand side of GOD ALMIGHTY interceding on our behalf. This qualifies him to be an Advocate of mankind in the presence of GOD.

If His blood has been applied to our lives through faith and confession of Him as Lord (Romans 10:9–10; 2 Corinthians 5:21), He pleads our case with the Righteous Judge.
