British author Dorothy L. Sayers is perhaps best known for her murder mystery series featuring detective Lord Peter Wimsey, but she also explored many different genres of writing. As she gained life experience, she branched out into diverse forms of writing. Her first book of poetry was published in 1916, when she was 23 years old. Sayers began to work as a copywriter with S.
