How did enslaved africans resist their treatment?

To avoid the treatment that was given to them African- Americans, they would try to escape from their owners, (which was very risky), sometimes the slaves fought back against their owner, because the master was treating them harshly. For an example Harriet Tubman built the underground railroad ( which is not an actual railroad,) to help slaves escape from slavery. She would leave food in the woods for the slaves that were escaping, and drinks.
