The United States have second highest GDP per capita on this chart, while Spain the third highest. The difference between the two is 16,642, which is quite a difference indeed, so based solely on this information it seems that the people in the United States have it much better than the people in Spain. In reality though it is not that much of a difference, as the prices of the products in Spain are lower in general than the prices of the products in the US, so actually the people of these two countries have relatively similar spending power.

besides, if a global health system is established the quality levels will fall down because of the standardized of the health. the access to care will increase but the quality will be low because it depends on the money invested.
