The term ''standing'' or also called ''locus standi'' is referring to the abillity and skill that will show the court all of the connections or bad things that will be connected to the law or action that can be used to require or reject to support that party that is involved in standing.

In the USA, the law is requiring that person can't bring a suit that will be challenging to the ''consitutionality of law'' and it can only be challenging if the plaintiff can show others that it is the law. If he cannot do it he will be harmed by the same law.
