The Supreme Court upheld

The Supreme court function as a tribunal, the rules they make cannot be appealed, they also will deal with cases that interpretation of the constitution. That means they can overturn a law if deemed unconstitutional. Some things they will upheld is Federal laws, Travel Bans, Death sentences, and also things like The Affordable Care Act.  The Supreme Court can also upheld A Presidents law.
