The earning of any country is called GNI. It includes the earning of both foreign and local nationals of the country. These nationals may be residing in the country or living abroad in another country.

GNI is also known as Gross National Product.

GNI is measured using the earning of foreign resources + domestic resources. While in per capita method, GNI is measured by dividing the total income of people against their population.

Sovereignty means oneness. When this term is referred to countries it means centralized powers to a single government ruling over the entire nation. These centralized governments can be both democratic or autocratic. There are around four most important elements on which the sovereignty of a country depends.

Various other factors also influence the sovereignty of a country like national institutions, social order, welfare of the society etc.

Federalism has many advantages. One of the major ones is the empowerment of states. This gives them the ability to make their own decisions and contribute to the country's economy. Their sentiments towards their country, however, remain the same.  

This leads to political stability and pragmatism. Since a country like Germany that has a huge population and vast land under its control, it needs more people to handle its official matters. This distributes power among the people and stops the way of tyranny.
