What was justinian’s main military goal

Justinian was a conscientious ruler from dawn to midnight. He was a good ruler with great intentions. His military goals were to revive the empire's greatness and reconquer the lost western half of the classical Roman Empire. Although he only had partial success as he reconquered Italy, parts of North Africa and Spain.

Justinian´s Primary goal was to reestabñosh the Roman Empire in the entire mediterranean World. He accomplished that by conquering other territories that included Italy part of Spain, North Africa, Asia Minor, Palestine and Syria.
