The people of China now enjoy socialist market economy rather than pure communism what must people of China accept in return for greater individual economic freedom

well it definitly does because if you are seen as weak you will be seen as unimportant and they will walk all over you and the us is the most powerful military and the largest in the world

they gained control over the philippines, east dutch indies/indonesia, much of new guinea, the solomon islands, guam, and other strategic areas all over the western pacific. japan even occupied part of the aleutian islands, which belonged to alaska.
