Explanation The scientific method is a sequence or a list of certain instructions to help scientists prove their experiment. The scientific method is also a way for scientists/thinkers to prove their idea/theory/hypothesis with factual evidence/data. People could easily claim that their idea is true without any sort of information to back up their claim. The scientific method is a way to prove that someone's hypothesis is true. The Scientific Revolution was a time of great upheaval in discoveries in science. Since there were so many scientific ideas surfacing, people needed a way to test and prove that their theory was true.
