Anthony Morgan is a known drug dealer. After watching him for several weeks, police come to his house with a search warrant to look for drugs They find no drugs, but they do find fourteen VCR's and eight TV's. Can they charge him with theft?

I would say no because they have no proof that he stole all of the VCR's and TV's. And even though it doesn't ask if they could arrest him for the drugs, I would say no to that too because even if they have proof at one time he doesn't have it anymore so that pretty much makes the past history almost irrelevant. If they have enough proof then maybe the police can arrest Morgan but idk.
