How congressional elections work

Congressional elections occur every two years.Votes choose one-third of senators and every member of the House of Representatives Congressional elections use the popular vote to choose winners. They don't use the Electoral College,which is used in presidential elections.

children: children are our future. we learn from our elders and carry out things the same or differently learning from america's history. we continue tradition and change tradition if it is needed.
