Paragraph 3 of the Declaration of Independance: We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

Preamble to the U.S. Constitution:"We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

The difference of these Two Are Pretty obvious. The Preamble to the constitution is meant to Write down the meaning and purpose of the Constitution as a written record, To state the intentions of the Framers perhaps. The 3rd Paragraph was meant to state, All men are created Equally, they have unalienable rights and people of official status should not violate these rights and Shall treat all men Equally no matter how different they are, no matter what you don't like about him/her.
