How has agriculture changed the way we live?

Agriculture is a big part of American and foreign communities. Today approximately 50% of America's land mass is being used for agricultural purposes. Between the import and export factor of corn, soybeans, melons, and etc. we as Americans have the highest export percentages. Agriculture has changed a lot from what it was even 10 years ago, from how much is produced, and what is being done with the product.
