How was the government in the Shang dynasty similar to and different from that of the Mesopotamian city-states? PLEASE HELP! (2-5 sentences)

The Shang Dynasty had family acting as kings in different cities. Kind of how Mesopotamian was a city-state. I hope this helped a little. They were both based of of trade in the economy. They both were polyheistic AKA they worshiped more then one god.
