The views of neo-Confucius was originated from China. it's a set of moral/ethical standards that implemented by the Chinese society based on the teaching of Confucius.

In the past, many traders from China sell their products through the silk road and Indian Ocean. While they're interacting with the local, these traders often have a genuine conversation with the locals and introduce them to the teaching of neo-Confucius. This is how the teaching was gradually spread out  to other territories and spread neo-Confuciasm.
