1. the us supreme court.
2. the us court of appeals.
3. the us court of common pleas.
4. the us court of claims.

1. The supreme court decides if things are constitutional or not. Everything that happens goes to them if it is questioned. presidential actions, laws, court hearings, etc etc. The constitution is written with a lot of grey zones so it can be interpreted.
