What is the best way to describe the changes to the characters in the story "Thank You, Ma'am?" Each character is viewed in a different way by the time the story concludes.
Each character becomes a different person once the rising action is complete.
Mrs. Jones changes from a big scary woman into a kind, warm-hearted character.
The boy changes from a bad purse-snatcher to a grateful visitor in the woman's home.
