Willa and her friend decide to hang out at her friend's house after basketball practice on Friday to listen to a new album be their favorite band. They have a great time listening to the music and Willa deliberately ignores texts from her dad. When she gets home, her dad is really upset with her. He didn't know where she was. He has rule that he needs to know where she is and that she has to ask permission before she goes anywhere. Willa thinks that since sh's in eight grade, she shouldn't have to do this anymore. Her dd should trust her more. Willa tells her dad that she's not a little kid anymore and storms off to her room and slams the door.
