Please please please help PROJECT:US CONSTITUTION

The constitution of the United States sets forth the principles on which the government is based, and dictates the law by which those principles will be upheld. However, our nation today is not the same nation that was formed over 200 years ago. In drafting the constitution, the founding fathers had to carefully word it so that it could apply both then, and in a future they could not see. Today, you will examine the principles of the Constitution and analyze how those principles were put into practice both then and now by writing an explanatory essay over the topic.

1.Examine the principles- to begin, take some time to examine the primary documents to gain an understanding of the following terms.

• unalienable rights

•establish justice

•insure domestic tranquility

•promote the general welfare

•secure the blessings of liberty

2. Develop a definition for each of the above terms, based on the second paragraph The declaration of independence, as well as the preamble to the US Constitution.

3. Find examples- After developing a definition of the terms, look through the constitution and find examples of where the framers of the constitution sought to practice these principles through law. Next, find examples of how the government except implement these principles today.

4. Analyze the application-finally, write down some ways that the government can work to better uphold these principles for all of our nation citizens.

It would be so appreciated if anyone could help out bc I really don’t even know how to start
