I believe illegalizing marijuana is an infringement of these rights in my personal opinion as why are things like tobacco and alcohol still legal, while marijuana isn't? When it has been proven both alcohol and tobacco are worse? People are going to jail over something that isn't as bad as a legal substance and that is an infringement of the pursuit of all the rights listed above. So why would the government restrict one's right to pursue happiness doing something barely harmful for their help?
