How does the Declaration of the Rights of Man define liberty?

Liberty is in the capability to do anything that does not hurt one another, therefore the use of the natural rights (rights everyone should get/ be born with) of each person has no limitations than others which satisfy to other members of society the pleasure of the same rights as others. These limits can only be decided and ruled out by the law.
