Historians generally agree that Europe and the world have not done much to alleviate the Holocaust. In the first place, the Allies did not receive a sufficient number of Jewish migrants, thus mitigating the number of Jews, Roma, and other victims killed. The reason why they did not receive more refugees lies in the fact that anti-Semitism was an evident phenomenon in Europe in the world. The Allies were also able to bomb the railway infrastructure, thus significantly reducing people's deportation to the camps. Also, the option to bomb the camps existed, but that action was never carried out. Therefore, Europe and the world bear partial guilt because they did not alleviate the Holocaust.
