1 is 15, and 3 is beacuse it had been shaped that way by france

1 is because if you count the states its suronded by today's map and overlay it, it covers 15 states. Also 3 is beacuse the part we owned and the part the indians owned had shaped the border from expantions when we kicked them out, also states did not exist back then, so there was no defining factor of were it would be sorounded by.

some people are just against it im not sure but i think everyone deserves to be treated equally i think people have a problem with it because its different and not like everything else i hope this !
