The propaganda is shown to have War bonds acting as a Maxim gun's bullet belt. This shows that buying war bonds will help in the war effort through government spending on munitions and supplies. Even though a family or person is not fighting in the war, they can still help the war effort through war bonds. It also shows the "total war" status with the government receiving financial-aid from the citizens of the US in order to win the war. The Slogan that says "Help Them" gives the audience a chance to actually help those fighting by gradually funding for their supplies.
