Explanation for 2: The Boston Massacre was due to colonists harassing the Red Coats. Miscommunication happened and one thing led to another, some colonists were dead. 7 or 8.. maybe less lol I learned this last grade. The colonists twisted the idea of Red Coats firing into the colonists crowds to basically : We were unarmed and the soilders just went mad! Shooting and trying to kill us for no good reason! [ y'know.. the good ol' victim card]

This spread around the colonies and made the colonists angry .
