In what order was Chinese culture spread throughout East Asia, and what aspects of the culture were spread?

In addition to cultural links, human ties exist. China has expanded through Southeast Asia, visibly but not exclusively, to Thailand, Cambodia, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore. Overseas Chinese are an integral part of the economic fabric of all these countries.
