Read over the example below before you write your paragraph.
The New York Times, Fox News, and CNN all have stories covering Alexandria Ocasio-
Cortez's visit to Border Patrol facilities holding migrants. The NYT article is titled "It Feels
Like a Jail: Lawmaker Criticizes Holding Sites on Border. The article quotes Ocasio's news
conference about conditions to be found in the facilities. It is left to the reader to decide to
accept what Ocasio-Cortez has to say and the evidence she cites. Fox News's piece is titled
"Officers push back on Ocasio-Cortez's border facility claims, saying she misled the public." I
feel the Fox piece is biased against Ocasio-Cortez because it does not report most of the
claims and evidence she offered, but instead focuses on the complete denial by officials at
the facility. The officials respond to one claim about people drinking out of toilets with an
explanation, but ignore all her other claims. The Fox piece leaves the impression that the
officials have successfully dismissed all of Ocasio-Cortez's claims which is clearly not true,
and therefore biased.
