1. When componaies are given too much power, they will want more power and more wealth, thats  a buisness's goal. Mr. Rockfeller was able to win over any market thru intense wars and could own any type of buisness. Created a trust so he would be able to have a monopoly.

2. They may not be getting payed or a something is not going well, but cant do anytginf about it because they can be easily replaced. (Im not sure on #2.)
