Civilian Conservation Corps

Explanation:

FDR had to get the country back on track while in the Great Depression.  The people were hurting, hungry, and broke.  He started what was called the CCC.  This was known as the Civilian Conservation Corps and put men 18-25 back to work with different duties within the national parks.  This covered things from planting trees to building structures.  This is still in effect today but there have been a few modifications.
