2. Identify the procedure in cleaning and sanitizing equipment, tools and utensils inside the box. Arrange in chronological order of each steps
according to process.

Dry thoroughly.
Remove from the sanitizer solution.
Wash all the equipment or instruments with soap.
Prepare all the materials needed.
Rinse with clean water.
Allow to air dry.
Measure a certain volume of chlorine and water.
Sanitize by dipping into approved sanitizer solution.
Mix and dip the equipment/ instrument to the mixture.
Remove from the solution.​
