No, he can not run for president. Reasoning as to why he can not run for president is because he is 34. In order to run for president, you'd have to be 35 years of age or older. Though, he has met a requirement which is being a resident of the United States for 14 years or longer. The other two options he would have would be- being a Representative or a Senator. Being a Representative you have to be the age of 25 or older, and being the Senator you have to be at the age of at least 30+.
