To both questions I think that I would hear the case and do something about it and I would definitely order the accused to be sent back to United States because people during Reconstruction deserves to be heard and that serving on a court in Indian Territory might not be such a bad idea. I don't really want to just ignore the case entirely because what if some people want this case solve badly? Then that would not end well.

in other words, what gerrymandering does is to draw the boundaries of electoral districts trying to benefit the party who is doing it. sometimes, the party controlling the legislature will redraw it so they can maximize the number of districts they are likely to control.
