After he converted he emphasized compassion, nonviolence, and adherence to dharma; officials had to oversee the moral welfare of the realm and were required to rule humanely; dharma was a civic virtue that could unite diverse peoples of his empire.

5.The Aryans brought with them their own language, religious beliefs, and social system as well as an Indo-European language known as Sanskrit. They didn't really learn anything from them, other than conquering the Indian people as dividing them into 4 castes.
