Write a press release, from EITHER the point of view of the Germans or of the Americans, justifying or protesting the sinking of the ship. The press release should be at least five sentences. Write a response telegram from the Mexican President accepting or declining the proposal. Outline your reasons for doing so, & let the Germans know what problems might if you were to accept.
