1. In what ways did religious participation grow in the US in the 1800s?

Overall religion was the building block for all of Colonial America. It became a nt part of the lives of the colonists and continued to grow over the years. America had become a sanctuary for those who wanted religious freedom and became a haven to the many people that had the chance to develop their lives.
