Much like in politics, war is usually decided by money. Who has enough money to finance the war campaign such that their soldiers can get the best equipment and means to keep up the war effort.

The North had that advantage over the South and other advantages flowed from this. With a superior economy which was based on industry and finance, the North could levy taxes and collect more money from their people than the South could.

With this money they were able to buy better guns, better equip their navy, supply food to their soldiers and transport them around on railroads as well. The economy of the North made it such that they had a resource advantage over the South and they used this to their advantage from the mid to the late stages of the war.

music always has an important role in culture and societies, infact for example rock’n roll music has conditioned different areas of pop culture above all in the 60s. in the modern american society its role is different.

unfortunately many think about how some unfortunate events happened to the columbine high school shootings can be related to rock music just because the teenagers involved listened to this kind of music.

i think that we can valorize the change to take refuge in this genre of music to keep on in everyday life, teenagers are comfortable when they can listen to a song about a specific problem. realizing that someone else is living your personal drama too can them to feel less lonely nowadays.

because everyone tends to get their feelings hurt if they don't agree with something someone is doing and vice versa. it's a major issue that needs to be dealt with, especially in the christian society. everyone thinks that christians hate gay people, because it is a sin, and christians "just hate everyone who sins and every one is going to hell for sinning"(saying that all in a sarcastic tone but i'm just going to go ahead and tell you why everything with that type of view on christians is wrong.

#1. christians do not hate gay people. and if they do, then that is their own personal problem. christians are not supposed to hate anyone. if you hate a neighbor (or any person basically), then that is as if you are hating jesus.

#2. being gay is in fact a sin according to the holy bible. it is in genesis. and no, the fact that it is a sin, does not mean that god hates you. he is grieved that a person is sinning against his word, but he still loves that person. in fact, christians are supposed to love everyone. we are supposed to love our enemies, but hate the sin they are doing. we love you and respect you, but we do not agree with every decision you make, is basically what i'm trying to say.
