After the conclusion of the Second World War, communism spread into several nations in the Eastern part of  Europe and in East Germany. The communist political structures involved the abolition of private properties, adjacent control of public and private life and total government scrutiny. The finance was centralized, and relation with western democratic nations were not that much couraged. Moreover, all communist nations were participants of the Warsaw Pact, led by the USSR. The Western nations took precedence of the post-war economy and technologize their factories with technological reform.
