Basically it is the right to refuse answering a question if you believe it is to incriminate oneself.

Here are the important points:
-A grand jury is required to try civilians in Federal Court for a felony.
-Nobody can be charged with the same exact crime twice.
-Nobody can be compelled to testify against themselves in a criminal case.
-The government cannot take your life, liberty, or property without due process.
-If the government takes your property for public use, they must compensate you for it.
