How did parliamentary leader alva myrdal address the problem of the population decline in sweden?

Alva Myrdal is a Swedish parliament. She explained that the problem in a declined population caused by infertility during the 1930s. Her book helped gain social reforms to encourage people to have families. It addressed the problems in families such as housing and child benefits to help the parents have a  better ground to start a family.
