Do you agree with the supreme court should be allowed to reinterpret the law to meet changing social conditions

This question is for your own opinion! Don't be afraid to do a little writing in problems like this. :)

My I believe that in some very rare occurrences, that the Supreme Court should be permitted to change some laws to meet changing social standards, as long as the laws are not directly upheld by the Constitution.

Is there a passage that comes with this question or should i know this right off the bat, because if it is, i probably have short term memory loss or college is too stressful
