Considering the original design of the 14th amendment, explain how the brown v. board of education decision was a strict constructionist interpretation.

Justice J.M Harlan argued about the limited 14th Amendment from laws in racial discrimination. He pointed that the Equal protection clause is applicable also with privately owned institutions such as the case of Brwon v Board of Education. He was believed to be a strict constructionists who separated himself from those constitution framers who thought they have constructed laws correctly.
