A. Referral to mandatory drug treatment. If she didn't do any physical or mental harm to anyone there is no reason to throw her in the gutter. The benefit is that she would leave the treatment as a refreshed out of drug habit. The worse case scenario is she has to be in the program treatment longer or be in a group help or one on one training help.
