List the political reform enacted by mexican president luis echeverria and jose lopez portillo

Luis Echeverrie (1922-1976) served as the 50th president of Mexico. He reformed political and economic policies. He lowered the number of members required for a party registration, introduced permanent voting cards, an age of candidacy increased from 26 to 30, and increased the seats of congress for from proportional representation. 
Jose Lopez Portillo (1920-2004),  was the 51st president of Mexico. He introduced reforms for the development of newly discovered petroleum resources, He also reformed foreign policy and the North Dialogue of Cancun summit took place during his tenure.
