How did the congressional reconstruction plan, the wade-davis bill, differ from president abraham lincoln’s plan?

 The answer  correct is :   The wade-davis bill was supported by the radical republicans, the project was based on: an oath of allegiance of the white people of each state, a provisional military government in some states and also proposed to abolish slavery . To Lincoln it seemed a very hard project and through indirect veto, the law did not prosper. The reconstruction that Lincoln wanted was to gather the country as quickly as possible and avoiding the pain. Lincoln's plan was called the 10 percent Plan, he proposed that 10 percent of voters swear allegiance to the Union, while Wade Lewis wanted the majority of male voters to take the oath.

Wade Davis wanted a majority or other male voters to take an oath whereas Lincoln only wanted 10% of male voters.

When the American Civil War came to end, President of United States Abraham Lincoln wanted to bring the Confederate states of United States back to the Union as soon as possible because he never officially recognized them as having seceded from the Union. According to the Proclamation in regards to Amnesty as well as Reconstruction,  Any confederate would be pardoned if they promised alliance with the constitution and the union. In addition to that 10% of the voters from a confederate state took oath and promised to abolish slavery so that state will be able to elect new congressional representative and that will be known as legitimate and recognized as well.  

On the other hand there was Wade-Davis bill and that was known as radical republicans answer to the reconstruction plan of Abraham Lincoln. They felt that the reconstruction plan of Lincoln was not strict and the Wade-Davis bill intended to punish them in order to bring states back into fold. Where Abraham Lincoln’s plan told about 10% of the voters from a confederate state to take oath, Wade-Davis plan wanted 50%  of voters to swear the loyalty to the constitution.
